We Service the Full Line of Epson Point of Sale Products

Compass Micro services the Epson Point of Sale products both in and out of warranty. Many banks, restaurants, and retail businesses throughout the United States use us for servicing their equipment.

Out of Warranty Products

Our minimum shop charge to you is just $30 on most out of warranty products. This fee covers the first half-hour of work. After this initial inspection and diagnosis, usually within one or two days, we will provide you with an estimate.

We use only new products purchased directly from Epson America to repair your unit.

Sending Us Your Unit for Servicing?

You are responsible for shipping charges to and from Compass Micro. Please ensure that the unit is properly packaged and insured.
