Many of the parts we sell for Epson Pro, SureColor and SureLab Series printers are NOT, in our estimation, "user replaceable". Furthermore, we cannot provide instructions, the service manual, or adjustment software sometimes necessary to complete the job. (Epson restricts this information to authorized service providers only.) That said, we certainly understand that many customers NEED these parts and some have gotten pretty good at working on these printers; especially those of you using specialized inks.
Therefore, we'll happily supply the parts---new parts, directly from Epson America---provided it is understood that they cannot be returned for credit.
