Shipping Specifications

Projectors and smaller point-of-sale products can be safely shipped to us from anywhere for repair.

Any product utilizing ink cannot be shipped. Most inkjet devices have ink stored not only in the cartridges but also waste ink absorption pads, tucked away somewhere within the casing. It is not safe to ship these products. Ink will follow gravity wherever it may lead and ruin your device.

All inkjet products must remain upright and horizontal during transportation. Please contact us if you have any questions.
